To understand whether CD24, a potential marker for ovarian cancer stem cells,-dependent microRNA expression affects ovarian cancer stemness, microRNA expression was compared between CD24-negative and CD24-positive ovarian cancer cells. Overall design: CD24-negative and CD24-positive cells were sorted from Caov-3 and an ovarian cancer patient tissue by flow cytometry cell sorter. 为探究作为卵巢癌干细胞潜在标志物的CD24所介导的微小RNA（microRNA）表达是否影响卵巢癌干性，本研究对比了CD24阴性与CD24阳性卵巢癌细胞的微小RNA表达水平。
总体实验设计：通过流式细胞分选仪从Caov-3细胞系及1例卵巢癌患者的肿瘤组织中分离得到CD24阴性与CD24阳性细胞。采用独立制备的样本完成三次重复微阵列（microarray）检测。
