Supplementary Table 10. Assembled African fragments from WGS data

We considered contributing fragments from descendants who had been chiptyped as well as sequenced (20 of 182). Genotype calling and phasing of genotypes from sequence data for these twenty individuals had been carried out along with other Icelanders sequenced at the time. We evaluated allelic consistency at these polymorphic positions (SNPs) where two or more sequenced descendants carry fragments derived from HJ.

我们纳入了182名后裔中经基因芯片分型（chiptyped）且完成测序的20名个体所贡献的基因组片段（占总后裔数的20/182）。针对这20名个体的测序数据所开展的基因型调用（genotype calling）与单体型定相（phasing）分析，已与同期完成测序的其他冰岛人群样本同步完成。我们针对两名及以上测序后裔均携带HJ来源基因组片段的单核苷酸多态性（SNPs）位点，评估了其等位基因一致性。
