This dynamic map service displays the locations of Long Term Care Facilities maintained by the CHFS Office of Inspector General. Locations were geocoded from a CHFS OIG master list. The locations were then updated to the building front door and (X,Y) values updated by the local ADD for that location.
本动态地图服务展示由CHFS监察长办公室（CHFS Office of Inspector General）维护的长期护理机构（Long Term Care Facilities）点位信息。该类点位源自CHFS OIG主清单并完成地理编码，随后被校准至对应建筑的正门位置，且各点位的(X,Y)坐标值由当地负责该点位的ADD完成更新。
