Photosynthetic microorganisms sequencing

Photosynthetic microorganisms are widely distributed in soil crusts and play an important role. However, the distribution and environmental drivers of phototrophic microbial communities and in cyanobacteria-free soil crusts are scarcely understood. Here, we used high-throughput sequencing of pufM and 18S RNA genes .

光合微生物广泛分布于土壤结皮中并发挥着重要作用。然而，光合微生物群落的分布特征与环境驱动因子，以及无蓝细菌土壤结皮中的相关情况，目前仍鲜为人知。本研究对pufM基因与18S RNA基因开展了高通量测序。
