Rousettus_CoV_lineages_separated

Rousettus three lineages as separate fasta files. All locations are the same: Matlapitsi cave in South Africa. The sequence file name starts with the Bat CoV abbreviation (BtCoV) followed by the lineage short hand (AlphaCoV/ Beta for the dominant HKU9 lineage/ and BetaN for the more novel Nobecovirus lineage), the location, the unique ID then the date. eg. BtCoV_Alpha/Matlapitsi/UPE212/2017-09-27本数据集将果蝠属（Rousettus）的三个谱系分别存储为独立的FASTA（FASTA）格式文件。所有样本的采集地点均为南非的马特拉皮茨洞穴（Matlapitsi Cave）。序列文件名遵循如下命名规则：以蝙蝠冠状病毒（Bat CoV，缩写为BtCoV）作为前缀，随后接续谱系简写标识（其中AlphaCoV/Beta对应优势HKU9谱系，BetaN则对应更具新颖性的诺贝病毒属（Nobecovirus）谱系），之后依次为采集地点、唯一标识符以及采样日期。示例文件名：BtCoV_Alpha/Matlapitsi/UPE212/2017-09-27
