Genome sequencing of two Vibrio harveyi strains isolated from Asian seabass (Lates calcarifer) which exhibit different host specificity. Vibrio harveyi VHJR4

Vibrio harveyi strain VHJR4 was isolated from the kidney tissue of Asian seabass (Lates calcarifer). We are interested to use this strain as a reference strain to compare against V. harveyi strain VHJR7 which is more virulent and confer a broader host specificity.

哈维氏弧菌（Vibrio harveyi）菌株VHJR4分离自亚洲海鲈（Lates calcarifer）的肾脏组织。本研究拟将该菌株作为参考菌株，与毒力更强、宿主谱更广的哈维氏弧菌VHJR7菌株开展对比研究。
