Investigation of transcript induced by wound in Clytia hemisphaerica

We generated large wounds in adult Clytia medusa and found transcripts induced at different wound healing time points. We compared unwounded animals transcripts to those wound and allowed to heal for 0 minutes, 15 minutes, 2 hours, 8 hours and 18 hours. This study includes 7 transcript libraries each with 3 replicates of Clytia hemisphaerica except for the 15-minute time point which only has 2.

我们对成年半球美螅水母（Clytia hemisphaerica）制备大面积伤口，鉴定得到不同伤口愈合时间点下的诱导表达转录本。我们将未受伤个体的转录本与伤口形成后分别愈合0分钟、15分钟、2小时、8小时及18小时的样本转录本进行了比对分析。本研究共包含7个转录组文库，所有文库均以半球美螅水母为实验材料，其中15分钟时间点的文库仅设置2次生物学重复，其余每个文库均设置3次生物学重复。
