Arabidopsis endosperm proliferation and embryo differentiationgrowth are main biological events during seed development. Nevertheless, the gene transcriptional level changes and regulatory network during endosperm cellularization and embryo differentiation still remain unclear. In this reasearch, the gene transcriptional profiles was conducted by RNA-sequencing. The differentially expressed genes were analyzed by comparing wild type and the naa15 mutant that embryo and emdosperm were abnormal
