Sclerocypris sarsi and Potamocypris mastigophora Metagenome. Ostracoda

This is an analysis of microbiota associated with Ostracods, Sclerocypris sarsi and Potamocypris mastigophora. The analysis was performed with 454 Sequencing and the amplicon was prepared with primerrs S-D-Bact-0341-b-S-17 and S-D-Bact-0785-a-A-21 from Klindworth et al. 2013 NAR. The goal of this study was to provide the first insight into the microbiota associated with freshwater Ostracods and compare bacterial communities associated with the two species.

本研究针对介形类（Ostracods）的共生微生物组（microbiota）展开分析，所涉物种包括萨氏硬壳介（Sclerocypris sarsi）与鞭湖花介（Potamocypris mastigophora）。本次分析采用454测序技术（454 Sequencing）完成，扩增子（amplicon）制备所用引物取自Klindworth等于2013年发表于《核酸研究》（Nucleic Acids Research，缩写NAR）的文献，具体引物为S-D-Bact-0341-b-S-17与S-D-Bact-0785-a-A-21。本研究的核心目标为首次解析淡水介形类的共生微生物组，并对比分析上述两个介形类物种的细菌群落组成。
