Genome annotation data from Calonectria species

Annotation data were generated from existing genome assemblies of Calonectria henricotiae JAC13-131 (aka P-10-5865) and C. pseudonaviculata JAC13-27 (aka CT1). Gene prediction and annotations were conducted using the Funannotate v1.8.1 pipeline (https://funannotate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/).

注释数据（annotation data）来源于亨利科特里亚霉（Calonectria henricotiae）JAC13-131（又名P-10-5865）与假舟形科特里亚霉（C. pseudonaviculata）JAC13-27（又名CT1）的现有基因组组装体（genome assemblies）。基因预测（gene prediction）与注释通过Funannotate v1.8.1流程（pipeline，https://funannotate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/）完成。
