The strain promotes nodulation and growth of cowpea plants (Vigna unguiculata) and is efficient in N2 fixation. The analysis of the Mean Nucleotide Identity of the strain's genome and the MLSA of the housekeeping genes showed that it represents a new species of bacteria of the genus Bradyrhizobium.
该菌株可促进豇豆(Vigna unguiculata)植株的结瘤与生长,且具备高效的氮气固定能力。对该菌株基因组的平均核苷酸同一性(Mean Nucleotide Identity)分析,以及针对持家基因开展的多位点序列分型(MLSA)研究结果显示,其属于慢生根瘤菌属(Bradyrhizobium)的一个全新细菌物种。
