Purpose: To compare RNASeq data of Frankia inefficax EuI1c in normal growth conditions to biphenyl-stressed Frankia inefficax EuI1c. Frankia cultures were grown for 3 days under one of three conditions before harvesting: 1.) 1 mM biphenyl stress with glucose as an alternative carbon and energy source, 2.) 1mM biphenyl with no alternative carbon or energy source, or 3.) media with glucose as a carbon and energy source (Control). RNA-seq analysis provided insight into how the the bacteria responds to biphenyl stress and exhibits biphenyl tolerance. Overall design: mRNA profiles of bacteria from Frankia inefficax EuI1c cultures grown under biphenyl stress and no added biphenyl conditions were generated by deep sequencing and mapped to F. inefficax EuI1c genome by CLC Gemonic Workstation. The transcriptome profiles of the biphenyl stressed cells were compared to the control (no biphenyl) condition.
目的:本数据集旨在对比正常生长条件与联苯胁迫条件下的低效弗兰克氏菌EuI1c(Frankia inefficax EuI1c)的RNA测序(RNASeq)数据。实验前将弗兰克氏菌培养液置于三种条件之一培养3天后收集菌体:1. 以葡萄糖作为替代碳源与能源的1 mM联苯胁迫组;2. 仅添加1 mM联苯但无替代碳源与能源组;3. 以葡萄糖作为碳源与能源的培养基对照组(Control)。通过RNA测序分析,可解析该细菌对联苯胁迫的响应机制及其联苯耐受特性。整体设计:通过深度测序获取联苯胁迫与无联苯添加条件下的低效弗兰克氏菌EuI1c的mRNA表达谱,并利用CLC基因组工作站(CLC Genomic Workstation)将测序序列比对至该菌基因组。将联苯胁迫细胞的转录组表达谱与对照组(无联苯添加)进行对比分析。
