**Overview** Voluntary Lien Status delivers nationwide property data for nearly 154 million parcels with up to 4 open, voluntary liens and corresponding lien detail. Voluntary Lien Status is typically delivered as a time series for a specific geography or nationwide, or specific property types (residential, non-residential/commercial) or both. Once the initial baseline is delivered, updates are provided as a replacement universe for each fulfillment period (usually monthly). Clients use their most recent delivery universe to get up to date details on as many as four open, voluntary (mortgage) liens. Voluntary Lien Status delivers all properties for the defined universe whether there are any open liens against the property. Property AVM (Automated Valuation Model) data is optionally available using Cotality's state-of-the-art Total Home Value X (THVx) Model.
