The dataset consists of two configurations: CaLM and orths. The CaLM configuration provides features such as Species ID, Gene ID, Transcript ID, Orthologue ID, as well as input IDs, token type IDs, and attention masks, which are suitable for machine learning model training. The orths configuration only includes Species ID, possibly for orthologous gene analysis. The dataset is split into training and validation sets, which can be used for model training and evaluation.
