Fungal diversity on red alga Pterocladiella capillacea from Chao-Jin Park, northern Taiwan as revealed by a metabarcoding approach targeting the ITS1 regions

Pterocladiella capillacea is a dominant red alga in northern Taiwan and can grow throughout the year. This study investigated the diversity of fungi growing epiphytically and endophytically on P. capillacea.
