MODIS, MERRA, and <i>in-situ</i> AOD data extracted from 400 AERONET sites during 2002-2015. 本数据集包含提取自2002年至2015年间400个AERONET站点的MODIS、MERRA及原位气溶胶光学厚度（Aerosol Optical Depth, AOD）数据。
本次使用的数据取自MODIS C6.1版本与AERONET 3.0版本，不再采用旧版数据（即MODIS C6及AERONET 2.0版本）。
