The present study was conducted to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying drought tolerance mechanism in pigeon pea through a comparative transcriptome analysis under drought stress. For this, Cajanus cajan cultivars, CO1 and CO5 were selected to obtain a comprehensive idea about the dynamics of gene regulation and expression during drought in different species of pigeon pea and their innate adaptive features to tackle drought stress.
本研究旨在通过干旱胁迫下的比较转录组分析,解析木豆(pigeon pea)的耐旱性分子机制。为此,本研究选取了木豆(Cajanus cajan)的两个品种CO1与CO5,以期全面阐明干旱胁迫下不同木豆品种的基因调控与表达动态,以及其应对干旱胁迫的固有适应性特征。
