Human gut mycobiome raw sequence reads from patients with NAFLD and healthy controls

In this study, we explored and characterize the changes in the fungal community in the progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and we investigated if central antifungal immunity in NAFLD patients might be impaired and contribute to inflammatory disease properties. ITS1 data from NAFLD and healthy controls were analyzed.

本研究探究并阐明了非酒精性脂肪性肝病（non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD）进展过程中真菌群落的变化特征，同时探讨了非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的中枢抗真菌免疫功能是否存在损伤，以及该损伤是否会参与疾病的炎症病理进程。本研究对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者与健康对照者的ITS1数据进行了分析。
