Activation of the STING-dependent type I interferon response reduces microglial reactivity and neuroinflammation

RNA-sequencing analysis of cerebellar microglia from PBS or GCV treated WT or STING goldenticket mice with Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE). Mice were induced with EAE and GCV treatment started on Day 3 after induction. Mice from each group were sacrificed and microglia isolated when PBS treated mice reached a score of 2 or more.

本数据集针对构建了实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎（EAE）模型的野生型（WT）或STING金票突变（STING goldenticket）小鼠，分析其经磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）或更昔洛韦（GCV）处理后的小脑小胶质细胞的RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）结果。所有小鼠均先诱导EAE模型，于造模后第3天开始给予GCV处理。当PBS处理组小鼠的EAE临床评分达到2分及以上时，处死各组小鼠并分离其小胶质细胞。
