Debarred Firms and Individuals

Entities, individuals or both are subject to debarment. The following list provides info regarding entities or individuals, date of debarment, length of debarment and cause. Lifetime debarment pertains to individuals, permanent pertains to entities. In addition, this list also identifies individuals and entities that are ineligible to do business with the City pursuant to Section 1-23-020 of the Municipal Code, and Building Code Scofflaws ineligible to do business with the City pursuant to Section 2-92-416 of the Municipal Code.

实体、个人或二者均可能被施以取消资格（debarment）处罚。本清单提供如下相关信息：涉及的实体或个人、取消资格日期、取消资格持续时长以及违规缘由。其中，终身取消资格适用于个人，永久取消资格适用于实体。此外，本清单还收录了依据《市政法典》第1-23-020条规定不得与本市开展业务往来的个人与实体，以及依据《市政法典》第2-92-416条规定不得与本市开展业务往来的建筑法规违令者（Building Code Scofflaws）。
