LC-MS/MS data for 15-30 nt small RNA modification

Data deposited here include different type of RNA modifications examined by LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry). Different types of RNA modifications in15-30 nt RNA fractions from various tissues are processed for LC-MS/MS analysis. The results of RNA samples are identified as Sample-01 to Sample-03 for mouse liver; Sample-04, Sample-07 and Sample 08 for mouse spleen; Sample-09 to Sample 11 for Hepa 1-6 cell; Sample-12 to Sample-14 for Hep G2 cell; Sample-05, Sample-34 and Sample-35 for synthetic RNA, P-RNA10-cP (P-CUCAGUUGAUCACACAUGAUCCUAUGU-cP); Sample-06, Sample-36 and Sample-37 for for synthetic RNA, P-RNA17-cP (P-GUGGAACUCAGACCUAAACGG-cP). The results of nucleotide standards are identified as Sample-15 to Sample-28.

本数据集收录了经液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）分析的各类RNA修饰产物。本研究针对不同组织来源的15~30 nt RNA组分中的各类RNA修饰开展LC-MS/MS检测分析。RNA样本的检测结果按组别划分如下：小鼠肝脏样本对应Sample-01至Sample-03；小鼠脾脏样本对应Sample-04、Sample-07及Sample-08；Hepa 1-6细胞样本对应Sample-09至Sample-11；Hep G2细胞样本对应Sample-12至Sample-14；合成RNA样本P-RNA10-cP（序列为P-CUCAGUUGAUCACACAUGAUCCUAUGU-cP）对应Sample-05、Sample-34及Sample-35；合成RNA样本P-RNA17-cP（序列为P-GUGGAACUCAGACCUAAACGG-cP）对应Sample-06、Sample-36及Sample-37。核苷酸标准品的检测结果对应Sample-15至Sample-28。
