Bacillus subtilis subtilis RO-NN-1 P4G7 resequencing

Genome resequencing of B. subtilis mutant strain resulting from random recombinations between strains NCIB 3610 and RO-NN-1. Strain is mostly RO-NN-1 (~80%) but the rest includes randomly swapped snippets of NCIB 3610.

本数据集对应枯草芽孢杆菌（B. subtilis）突变菌株的基因组重测序，该突变菌株由NCIB 3610与RO-NN-1菌株经随机重组产生。其基因组以RO-NN-1为主要背景，占比约80%，剩余序列包含随机交换得到的NCIB 3610基因片段。
