Microbiome in the respiratory tract of COVID -19 patients

To investigate the presence of other co-colonizing pathogens in the upper respiratory tract of COVID-19 patients, we conducted a study on the patients with pulmonary infections, divided into two groups: COVID-19 positive and COVID-19 negative.
