RNA-seq analysis of PBMCs from generalized pustular psoriasis patients

To better understand the disease mechanism of generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), we performed a transcriptome analysis to profile the gene expression of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients enrolled at the time of diagnosis and receiving follow-up treatment for up to 6 months.为深入阐明泛发性脓疱型银屑病（generalized pustular psoriasis, GPP）的发病机制，本研究对确诊时入组并接受长达6个月随访治疗的患者的外周血单个核细胞（peripheral blood mononuclear cells, PBMCs）开展转录组分析，以解析其基因表达谱。
