CERN-LEP. Measurement of the cross sections and forward-backward asymmetries of lepton pair production in E+ E- interactions around the Z0 peak. The data come from the energy scan during the 1993-1995 LEP running period where the energies were 1.76 GeV below and above the Z0 peak (in addition to at the peak) and the 1994 single energy run near the Z0 peak. In addition the dimuon events with a photon radiated in the initial state (ISR data) have been used to probe cross sections and asymmetries down to PETRA energies. Model independent fits to all DELPHI lineshape and asymmetry data from 1990 to 1995 give the following values of the resonance parameters. MZ = 91.1863 +- 0.0028 GeV. Gamma Z = 2.4876 +- 0.0041 GeV. SIGMA0 = 41.578 +- 0.069 nb. Rl = 20.730 +- 0.060. ASYM0(NAME=AFB) = 0.0187 +- 0.0019.
