The genome assembly and annotation results of the haplotype of Populus nigra NL-1976

In this study, we generated the haplotype telomere-to-telomere (T2T) genomes of <i>Populus nigra</i> NL-1976 and performed annotations for each of them.<br>nigraHap1-genome.rar and nigraHap2-genome.rar correspond to the two assembled haplotype genomes, with genome sizes of 385,184,975 bp and 390,479,648 bp, respectively. The contig N50 values are 22,312,907 bp and 22,054,730 bp, and both genomes contain 19 chromosomes.nigraHap1-annotation.rar and nigraHap2-annotation.rar represent the annotation results of the two haplotypes, while nigraHap1-protein.rar and nigraHap2-protein.rar contain the protein sequences of the two haplotypes.A total of 49,077 and 50,129 genes were annotated for nigraHap1 and nigraHap2, respectively.They are the results of the article entitled "Haplotype-resolved T2T genome assembly of the Populus nigra NL-1976".

本研究组装了欧洲黑杨（Populus nigra）NL-1976的单倍型端粒到端粒（telomere-to-telomere, T2T）基因组，并对两套单倍型基因组分别进行了注释。nigraHap1-genome.rar与nigraHap2-genome.rar分别对应两个组装完成的单倍型基因组，二者基因组大小分别为385,184,975 bp和390,479,648 bp；两套基因组的重叠群N50（contig N50）值分别为22,312,907 bp和22,054,730 bp，且均包含19条染色体。nigraHap1-annotation.rar与nigraHap2-annotation.rar为两个单倍型的基因组注释结果，而nigraHap1-protein.rar和nigraHap2-protein.rar则包含两个单倍型的蛋白质序列。其中，nigraHap1和nigraHap2分别注释得到49,077和50,129个基因。本数据集对应题为《欧洲黑杨NL-1976的单倍型解析T2T基因组组装》（Haplotype-resolved T2T genome assembly of the Populus nigra NL-1976）的研究论文成果。
