COAF, Jisc and RCUK APC data 2013-2015

This is the data set used for the report "Article processing charges (APCs) and subscriptions: Monitoring open access costs."The data joins all existing COAF, Jisc, and RCUK APC data. The data processing steps were: - De-deduplicating along DOI and title- Filling in missing data fields using CrossRef and EPMC- Using DOAJ to check if ISSN is Full OA or hybrid- Converting currency where needed based on ForEx yearly averages- Standardizing spellings, date formatting, etc.One institution asked that their article-level data not be made publicly available, and therefore was excluded from this data set.

本数据集用于报告《文章处理费（Article Processing Charges, APCs）与订阅：开放获取成本监测》。本数据集整合了现有全部COAF、Jisc及RCUK的APCs相关数据。其数据处理流程如下：基于DOI与标题进行去重；依托CrossRef与欧洲PubMed Central（Europe PubMed Central, EPMC）补全缺失的数据字段；使用开放获取期刊目录（Directory of Open Access Journals, DOAJ）核查ISSN对应的期刊为完全开放获取（Full OA）还是混合出版（hybrid）模式；根据年度外汇平均汇率按需完成货币转换；统一拼写规范、日期格式等各类格式标准。另有一家机构提出其文章级数据不得公开，因此该机构的相关数据已被排除在本数据集之外。
