糖精钠是食品工业中常用的合成甜味剂,且使用历史最长,但也是最引起争议的合成甜味剂。糖精钠的甜度比蔗糖甜300-500倍,在生物体内不被分解,由肾排出体外。但其毒性不强,起争议主要在其致癌性。为了避免食品安全事故发生,根据食品安全法的要求,对慈溪市各餐饮场所开展粮食加工品随机抽样检测,得出样品中糖精钠的含量。检测数据采用高效液相色谱法,对比国标《GB/T 5009.28-2003食品中糖精钠的测定》中标定的数据要求,可得出该样品是否合格。该项数据关乎消费者食品安全,有着不可忽视的重要性。1.算法规则:对我市相关餐饮场所的粮食加工品抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=A*1000/m*(V2/V1)*1000。式中:X是试样中糖精钠含量,单位为克每千克(g/kg),A是进样体积中糖精钠的质量,单位为毫克(mg),是进样体积,单位为毫升(mL),是试样稀释液总体积,单位为毫升(mL),m是试样质量,单位为克(g)。可得检查项目的糖精钠含量数据。2.数据应用:通过抽检数据分析研判,我们可以判断粮食加工品中糖精钠含量是否符合《GB/T 5009.28-2003食品中糖精钠的测定》中标定的数据要求,避免产生人身健康安全问题,为监管提供依据。

Sodium saccharin is a widely used synthetic sweetener in the food industry, with the longest application history among such additives, yet it is also the most controversial synthetic sweetener. It is 300 to 500 times sweeter than sucrose, cannot be decomposed in living organisms, and is excreted via the kidneys. However, its toxicity is relatively low; the controversy mainly stems from its potential carcinogenicity. To prevent food safety incidents, random sampling and testing of grain processing products were conducted at various food service establishments in Cixi City in accordance with the requirements of the Food Safety Law, to determine the sodium saccharin content in the collected samples. The detection was performed using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). By comparing with the calibration data requirements specified in the national standard GB/T 5009.28-2003 *Determination of Sodium Saccharin in Foods*, it can be determined whether the samples are qualified. This dataset is closely related to consumer food safety and holds significant importance that cannot be overlooked. 1. Algorithm Rules: The test values of the sampled grain processing products from relevant food service establishments in our city are calculated using the following formula: X = A × 1000 / m × (V2 / V1) × 1000 Where: X represents the sodium saccharin content in the test sample, with the unit of grams per kilogram (g/kg); A represents the mass of sodium saccharin in the injection volume, with the unit of milligrams (mg); V1 represents the injection volume, with the unit of milliliters (mL); V2 represents the total volume of the sample diluent, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m represents the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g). The sodium saccharin content data of the test items can thus be obtained. 2. Data Application: Through analysis and evaluation of the sampling test data, we can determine whether the sodium saccharin content in grain processing products meets the calibration data requirements specified in the national standard GB/T 5009.28-2003 *Determination of Sodium Saccharin in Foods*, thereby avoiding potential risks to human health and safety, and providing a basis for regulatory supervision.
