The study aimed to compare the gene expression profiles at a single cell level in lung tissues between patients with COPD and donor controls. Overall design: Single-cell RNA sequencing data was generated from lungs of 4 cigarette smoke exposed and 4 room air exposed mice.

本研究旨在对比慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者与供体对照组的肺组织单细胞水平的基因表达谱。总体设计：本研究从4只香烟烟雾暴露小鼠及4只室内空气暴露小鼠的肺部组织中获取样本，开展单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing）并生成对应测序数据。
