The aim of the study was to assess how cobalt (Co) can impact the colonization kinetics, structure and functional potential of prokaryotic communities developing in freshwaters biofilms.Biofilms were colonized in artificial streams in 4 conditions (Control, 0.1 microMolar, 0.5 microMolar and 1 microMolar Co; each in triplicates of streams) and collected every 7 days during cobalt exposure (28 days). Biofilms were also collected after a recovery period of 35 days without cobalt.Triplicates of conditions and triplicates of samples for each stream.
本研究旨在探究钴(Cobalt, Co)对淡水生物膜中原核生物群落的定殖动力学、群落结构及功能潜力的影响。实验在人工溪流中设置4组处理条件:对照组、0.1微摩尔、0.5微摩尔及1微摩尔钴组,每组设置3个重复溪流;在钴暴露的28天周期内,每7天采集一次生物膜样本,另在无钴的35天恢复培养期结束后再次采集样本。各实验条件均设置3个重复溪流,且每个溪流采集3份平行样本。
