Detroit Tax Foreclosures 2002-2019

This dataset has a row for each of the 135k properties in Detroit that have been foreclosed on at least once between 2002 and 2019. There is a column for each year. It has a 1 if the property was foreclosed in that year and is null if it wasn't. The original data was obtained from the Wayne County Treasurer's Office via the City of Detroit's Open Data Portal and Loveland/Land Grid.

本数据集为2002年至2019年间至少经历过一次抵押品赎回权丧失（foreclosure）程序的底特律13.5万处房产，每一处房产对应一行记录。数据集每一列对应一个年份，若该房产在对应年份被执行该程序，则单元格取值为1；未被执行的单元格则为空值。原始数据由韦恩县财务办公室（Wayne County Treasurer's Office）通过底特律市开放数据门户（City of Detroit's Open Data Portal）及Loveland/Land Grid获取。
