The annotations from Ensembl plants Release 37 or inferred in this work are included. Table S2. DATs classified as wheat Transcription factors according to reference [27]. Table S3. DATs classified as Carbohydrate-related according to their functional annotation. Table S4. 附表S1:MRCV侵染后12和21天(dpi,接种后天数)的差异积累转录本(Differentially accumulated transcripts,简称DATs)。针对每个基因,均标注了空白对照接种组与MRCV侵染组样本的标准化平均计数、倍数变化值,以及经错误发现率(False Discovery Rate,简称FDR)校正后的P值(padj)。本研究纳入了植物Ensembl数据库第37版(Ensembl plants Release 37)的注释信息,或本研究推导得到的注释。
附表S2:依据参考文献[27]归类为小麦转录因子的DATs。
附表S3:依据功能注释归类为碳水化合物相关的DATs。
附表S4:用于构建附加文件1中图S4~S6所示系统发育树的推定小麦蔗糖酶、果聚糖转移酶、海藻糖-6-磷酸合酶(Tre6P synthases,简称TPS)以及糖最终输出转运蛋白(Sugars Will Eventually be Exported Transporters,简称SWEET)。其中,接种后21天的DATs所编码的序列分别以红色(侵染后表达上调)和蓝色(侵染后表达下调)标注。A/N Inv、Vac Inv及CW Inv分别指代酸性/中性蔗糖酶、液泡蔗糖酶以及细胞壁蔗糖酶。果聚糖转移酶涵盖蔗糖:蔗糖1-果聚糖转移酶(1-SST)、果聚糖:果聚糖1-果聚糖转移酶(1-FFT)以及蔗糖:果聚糖6-果聚糖转移酶(6-SFT)。
