Data accompanying the GitHub repository SMUAbdullah/paper-MPL-short-reads

This dataset contains simulated data that was generated to test the pipeline presented in the paper "Linkage-aware inference of fitness from short-read time-series genomic data" and its accompanying GitHub repository "SMUAbdullah/paper-MPL-short-reads". Codes for analyzing the data are available on the GitHub repository.
