Human study:the effect of inulin type fructans supplement on gut microbiota in Chinese population

A randomized double-blind placebo-controlled study was conducted to evaluate the impact of ITF prebiotics, including fructo-oligosaccharides and inulin, on the gut ecosystem in healthy Chinese population, to highlight the contribution of gut microbial changes in the modulation of host glucose metabolism with nutrition intervention.

本研究开展了一项随机双盲安慰剂对照研究，旨在评估ITF型益生元（包括低聚果糖（fructo-oligosaccharides）与菊粉（inulin））对健康中国人群肠道生态系统的影响，并阐明营养干预过程中肠道菌群变化在宿主葡萄糖代谢调控中的作用。
