Effects of GK and MK peptides on DENV growth.

C6/36 cells were infected with DENV (serotypes 1–4) at a MOI of 1 and were cultured in the absence (PC) or the presence of 10 µg/ml of each of the GK, MK or the control MT peptides. After 24 h of culture, supernatants were collected and the presence of DENV was determined by plaque assay. Plaque Forming Units/ml in cell culture supernatant are presented as the mean of four replicates from two independent experiments.以感染复数（MOI）为1的登革病毒（DENV，血清型1至4）感染C6/36细胞，随后分别在不含（PC）或添加10 μg/ml GK、MK及对照MT多肽的条件下进行培养。培养24小时后收集细胞培养上清液，通过噬斑实验检测登革病毒的存在量。细胞培养上清液中的噬斑形成单位（PFU）/mL以两次独立实验的四次重复样本的均值进行呈现。
