Transcriptome profile of Glycogen Synthase Kinase- alpha in human cardiomyocytes under hypoxia and reoxygenation

Transcriptome profile of GSK3 alpha in AC16 cells overexpressed with GSK3 alpha and exposed to hypoxia for 24h and reoxygenated for 6h. Comparison was carried out with respective controls. Flag was used as control for overexpressed condition. Normoxic condition served as control for hypoxia and reoxygenation.

本数据集为过表达糖原合成激酶3α（GSK3α）的AC16细胞，经24小时缺氧处理后复氧6小时的转录组表达谱。实验以相应对照组进行对照分析：以Flag标签（Flag）转染组作为过表达处理的对照，常氧条件组作为缺氧及复氧处理的对照。
