本研究采用ONT MinION测序技术对禾谷缢管蚜（Rhopalosiphum padi）的基因组进行优化。该蚜虫是谷类作物的主要害虫，同时也是大麦黄矮病毒（BYDV）的主要传播媒介；本研究首次对大不列颠地区该蚜虫的遗传多样性与演化情况开展了全面分析。
