Skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog: H&E

This dataset contains all haematoxylin and eosin histology data used in the manuscript The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy Included are all raw images, separated into vastus lateralis (longitudinal biopsy data) and post mortem folders, with subfolders assigned according to animal ID. A further folder contains all diaphragm-specific hypertrophy data.

本数据集包含论文《杜兴氏肌营养不良症DE50-MD犬模型的骨骼肌表型》中所用的全部苏木精-伊红（haematoxylin and eosin）组织学数据。数据集收录所有原始图像，按样本类别分为股外侧肌（纵向活检数据）与死后样本两大文件夹，各文件夹下设有按动物编号命名的子文件夹。另有一个专用文件夹收纳全部膈肌特异性肥大相关数据。
