16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences of bioanode and biocathode microbiotas of bio-electrochemical systems

Comparison of microbiotas associated with two biocathodes developed via different procedures (i.e. a "reversed" biocathode developed from a bioanode via polarity reversal and a biocathode developed under a constant potential of -0.7 V vs. Ag/AgCl) and a bioanode.

本数据集针对通过两种不同工艺制备的生物阴极（biocathode）与一种生物阳极（bioanode）所关联的微生物群落（microbiotas）开展对比研究。其中两种生物阴极分别为：经由极性反转（polarity reversal）由生物阳极制备得到的"反向"生物阴极，以及在相对于Ag/AgCl参比电极的-0.7 V恒电位（constant potential）条件下制备得到的生物阴极。
