dKDM4A is a Drosophila H3 K9/K36 me2/me3 demethylase, which has been disrupted here by P-element insertion. We compare whole-genome ChIP-chip in mutant and WT to look for target genes of dKDM4A. Overall design: Two samples, WT and dkDM4A mutant. 2 biological replicates each. 2 arrays.

dKDM4A是果蝇(Drosophila)的组蛋白H3 K9/K36二甲基化/三甲基化去甲基化酶,本研究通过P因子插入突变使其功能失活。我们对突变体与野生型(Wild Type,缩写WT)样本开展全基因组ChIP-chip(染色质免疫沉淀芯片)分析,并对两组结果进行比较,以鉴定dKDM4A的靶基因。实验整体设计:共设置2组样本,即野生型与dKDM4A突变体;每组均设置2次生物学重复,共使用2张芯片。
