Data from Skills2Capabilities WP3 Interviews in Germany

Work Package 3 focuses on the challenges and changes in the demand for vocational qualifications. The interviews conducted within WP3 explore developments in the metalworking and electrical professions with respect to training regulations. Accordingly, the interviews were conducted with two experts from these sectors, who were able to provide an authentic insight into the respective structures.工作包3（Work Package 3）聚焦职业资格需求领域面临的挑战与变革。该工作包开展的访谈围绕金属加工与电气行业职业的培训规程发展动态展开探究。据此，项目组访谈了来自这两大领域的两位专家，他们能够为各自领域的行业架构与运作体系提供真实且深入的洞察。
