Cataract101-Extended labels

Extended labels for cataract101 dataset. CSV label file per video with copied surgical step, surgeon id, surgeon's experience per frame from original labels. Additionally, we added the elapsed time from the start of the surgery, the remaining surgical time (rsd) to the end of the surgery, and a valid flag that is true from the start to the end of the surgery. This flag is used to cut out video content that does not show the actual surgery.

白内障101（cataract101）数据集的扩展标签集。该标签集为每个视频提供逗号分隔值（CSV）格式的标签文件，其中包含从原始标注中复制的手术步骤、主刀医生ID以及每帧对应的主刀医生从业经验。此外，我们新增了手术已进行时长、手术剩余时长（rsd），以及一个有效标记位：该标记位在手术全程均为真值，可用于剔除未展示真实手术过程的视频片段。
