面向毫米波通信等高频宽带应用需求,背景是高带宽和高功率是毫米波光子混频器高速性能的核心体现,潜在封装带宽是指在特定封装技术下,系统或组件理论上可实现的最大数据传输速率,通常受限于物理设计、材料特性及互连技术的极限能力。基于HFSS建立高频高功率毫米波光子混频器模块潜在带宽分析模型,运行HFSS商业仿真软件,产生毫米波光子混频器模块的带宽损耗,评估封装所带来的链路损耗。并通过矢量网络分析仪、光子信号源等设备测试模块的频率响应来验证混频器模块的封装损耗。数据集主要记录毫米波光子混频器模块在不同频率范围内的CPW和矩形波导的转换损耗数据,额外加上偏置电路后的封装损耗数据。意义在于为毫米波光子系统的带宽设计、信号传输速率提供依据。数据包含“毫米波光子混频器模块带宽仿真模型.png”和“毫米波光子混频器模块带宽仿真结果.png”,“毫米波光子混频器模块仿真源文件W10.aedt”“高频高功率毫米波光子混频器模块潜在带宽分析数据.txt”的数据。

Addressing the application requirements of high-frequency broadband scenarios such as millimeter-wave communication, where high bandwidth and high power are core indicators of the high-speed performance of millimeter-wave photonic mixers. The potential packaging bandwidth refers to the theoretically maximum data transmission rate achievable by a system or component under specific packaging technologies, which is usually limited by physical design, material properties, and the ultimate capabilities of interconnection technologies. An analysis model for the potential bandwidth of high-frequency and high-power millimeter-wave photonic mixer modules was established based on HFSS. The commercial simulation software HFSS was run to generate the bandwidth loss of the millimeter-wave photonic mixer module and evaluate the link loss caused by packaging. Moreover, the packaging loss of the mixer module was verified by testing the module's frequency response using devices such as vector network analyzers and photonic signal sources. The dataset mainly records the conversion loss data of CPW and rectangular waveguide for the millimeter-wave photonic mixer module in different frequency ranges, plus the packaging loss data after adding the bias circuit. Its significance lies in providing a basis for the bandwidth design and signal transmission rate of millimeter-wave photonic systems.
