The first two columns indicate the LCD class and the domain of life, respectively. The last column indicates the average per-residue occupancy for the indicated LCD class within the indicated domain of life. The remaining columns indicate the maximum per-residue occupancy, total number of proteins in the proteome, and total number of amino acids in the proteome for the 3 organisms with the highest per-residue LCD occupancy for the given LCD class and domain of life. These values and the corresponding organism names are ordered from highest-to-lowest per-residue occupancy and are separated by semicolons within each cell. (TSV)

本数据集的前两列分别对应低复杂度区域(LCD,Low Complexity Region)类别与生命域。最后一列代表指定生命域内指定LCD类别的每残基平均占用率。其余列则用于给出给定LCD类别与生命域下,每残基LCD占用率最高的3个物种的三项指标:最高每残基占用率、蛋白质组内的总蛋白数量,以及蛋白质组的总氨基酸数量。上述指标及对应的物种名称将按照每残基占用率从高到低排序,且每个单元格内的各项内容以分号分隔。(TSV,Tab-Separated Values)
