Host differences in influenza-specific CD4 T cell and B cell responses are modulated by viral strain and route of immunization.

The epitope sequence was provided by personal communication with the author. Mice infected with Influenza A virus (A/New Caledonia/20/1999(H1N1)) were tested for epitope-specific cytokine production in CD4+ T cells isolated from the mediastinal lymph node and spleen.
