Single cell RNA sequencing was performed to allow expression-based identification of tumor versus normal cells from glioblastoma patient specimens. Identified tumor cells were then analyzed to assess the expression tumor-cell specific expression of TRIM26, WWP2, and SOX2.

本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing）技术，基于基因表达特征对胶质母细胞瘤患者标本中的肿瘤细胞与正常细胞进行区分鉴定。随后，对鉴定得到的肿瘤细胞展开分析，以评估TRIM26、WWP2及SOX2的肿瘤细胞特异性表达水平。
