We studied about microbial communities of soyasaponin Bb treated soil and soybean rhizosphere. soyasaponin Bb was discovered as a new root exudate of legume plants. But the effect of this root exudate on soil microbial communities remains unclear. Therefore, we evaluated microbial communities of both soyasaponin Bb treated and soybean rhizosphere soils to reveal a role of soyasaponin Bb in soybean rhizosphere.

本研究聚焦于经大豆皂苷Bb（soyasaponin Bb）处理的土壤与大豆根际的微生物群落。此前，大豆皂苷Bb被鉴定为豆科植物的一类新型根系分泌物，但该根系分泌物对土壤微生物群落的影响仍不明确。为此，本研究对经大豆皂苷Bb处理的土壤及大豆根际土壤的微生物群落进行了分析，以揭示大豆皂苷Bb在大豆根际环境中的作用。
