Lean Six Sigma in Human Resources: Literature Review and Further Research

This database presents a state-of-the-art review considering articles where lean and six sigma tools are used to improve the conditions of Human resources. Using Systematic Literature Review, 582 articles were analyzed using Artificial Intelligence databases between 2019-2023After the article selection process, a classification and analysis were performed based on the case study, methodology, and tools employed. The selected articles were carefully examined and categorized according to the specific case studies they presented, the methodologies adopted in the research, and the tools utilized in the study.
