Immune senescence is usually caused by age-related structural damage and functional changes in the body's immune system. Spleen, as the largest secondary lymphoid organ in human body, plays an important role in the immune system. This study aims to investigated the molecular changes of age-related splenic tissues by gene expression set (GEO) dataset and transcriptomics. In this study, we investigated the molecular changes of age-related splenic tissues, including 6 weeks and 20 months old, by RNA-seq and bioinformatics methods. Meanwhile, a transcriptomic dataset GSE73450 was downloaded from GEO database to explore the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in aging.
免疫衰老(Immune senescence)通常由机体免疫系统随年龄增长出现的结构损伤与功能改变所引发。脾脏作为人体最大的次级淋巴器官,在免疫系统中发挥着关键作用。本研究旨在通过基因表达综合数据库(Gene Expression Omnibus,GEO)数据集与转录组学技术,探究衰老相关脾脏组织的分子变化。本研究借助RNA测序(RNA-seq)与生物信息学方法,对涵盖6周龄及20月龄的衰老相关脾脏组织的分子变化进行了分析。同时,本研究从GEO数据库中下载了转录组数据集GSE73450,以探究衰老过程中的差异表达基因(DEGs)。
