This is the dataset used for the paper "The two fundamental shapes of sleep heart rate dynamics and their connection to mental health in college students".<br><b>heartrate_ts_data.csv</b>Data used for the clustering of heart rate time series. 本数据集支撑论文《大学生睡眠心率动力学的两种基本形态及其与心理健康的关联》的研究工作。<br><b>heartrate_ts_data.csv</b>：该数据集用于心率时间序列的聚类分析，每一行对应一名受试者某一晚的心率时间序列数据。各字段说明如下：<br>- heart_rate_ts：原始心率时间序列<br>- heart_rate_paa_n=30：经分段聚合近似（Piecewise Aggregate Approximation, PAA）处理后的心率时间序列，用于聚类任务<br>- mode_cluster：经30次重复运行后得到的最常见聚类标签<br>其余字段详见补充材料中的表S2。<br><b>user_demog_hrcluster.csv</b>：该数据集用于关联受试者人口统计学信息与其心率时间序列所属的聚类标签。各字段说明如下：<br>- reg_user_id：受试者编号<br>- weeknum：周次（注：知觉压力量表（Perceived Stress Scale, PSS）与广泛性焦虑障碍量表（Generalized Anxiety Disorder, GAD）为每周采集项）<br>- dayofweek：星期标识，其中0代表周一，6代表周日<br>- mode_cluster：该受试者心率时间序列所属的聚类标签<br>- pss：知觉压力量表得分<br>- gad：广泛性焦虑障碍量表得分<br>其余字段详见补充材料中的表S1。
